Navigate360 Visitor Management (VM) now offers even greater security, efficiency, and communication with new Self-Serve and Mobile App enhancements.

A new Guardian persona enables guardians to securely check students in late or out early, using an ID or mobile app QR codes, backed by critical security checks and a staff-assisted resolution workflow when needed. Guardians can also schedule student movements through the mobile app and will receive real-time SMS alerts if scheduled events are canceled by a VM user.

Staff and admins benefit from in-app notifications for all scheduled visits and student activities, improving transparency and response times. Additional updates include a reorganized Admin Menu for faster navigation, separate printer settings to reduce unnecessary printing, broader access to Self-Serve Kiosk links for all users, and a new Guardian Check-in & Check-out History tab to easily track guardian activity. Together, these enhancements strengthen student safety, improve user experience, and reinforce communication between schools and families.
